Tecala and Forum Group have entered into a new partnership that will see the two managed service companies exchange services, tapping into the talent pool between the two.
The latest partnership complements a multi-million dollar growth strategy for Forum Group, which has made numerous acquisitions over the years, the most recent being the national managed service provider SmartPrint, last year. Over the years, it has also purchased Imagetec, Crown Business Solutions, Chilliprint, QBM and Agem Printing.
Forum has offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth as well as a growing regional dealer network, reaching over 4,000 clients including Findex, HWL Ebsworth Lawyers and Cerebral Palsy Australia.
Tecala, which was founded in 1997 and has continued to experience year-over-year growth while enhancing its portfolio of IT services and solutions, is expected to benefit from IoT managed printing, asset tracking and sensory management solutions. by Forum Group.
Its service portfolio spans managed cloud, infrastructure and user support, as well as a comprehensive practice as a service including infrastructure, data protection and disaster recovery.
Tecala Managing Director Pieter DeGunst said the partnership adds greater breadth and depth to its portfolio, with its common customer-centric approach fueling the alliance.
