XXII Carat by Forum Group has started the delivery of its ultra-luxury Mediterranean-style hotel development in Dubai.
The apartments are currently welcoming its first residents to their new homes on Palm Jumeirah.
Located on the Western Crescent, this is a private, gated oceanfront community featuring 22 seven-bedroom villas ranging from 9,600 to 13,000 square feet.
Anton Yachmenev, Managing Director of Forum Group, said: “Forum Group is delighted to have turned XXII Carat’s vision into reality with its first group of owners who have made their home in the Western Crescent.
“The successful opening set a new benchmark for ourselves and for other developers to follow.
“It’s an exciting day for us and we look forward to adding more projects of the same quality and sophistication in the very near future. “
Showcasing a selection of three distinct types – Emerald, Ruby, and Sapphire – the villas offer residents a hotel-inspired lifestyle with a 24/7 concierge and exclusive access to private beaches.
Launched in August 2015, the villas are currently selling for between AED 40 and 95 million.
The villas are furnished with high-end furniture and accessories imported from France and Italy.
One of the most notable features is the million dollar tubs, which were carved from unique pieces of Amazonian crystal by high-end Italian interior specialists, Baldi.
